Return Process

  Log into your MoreShopping account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Device

  Ensure the product is placed in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware to verify its condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
